Breakage: Please notify us by email of any damaged or broken items within 3 days of receipt at contact@paintingbynumbers.co.uk. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or broken item.

Error: Please contact us if you’re missing an item or you’ve received the incorrect painting.

• Returns policy

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items with no questions asked (except for customized products).

• Refund policy

Returned items must be in original condition (unusued and in original packaging).
