I purchased this for a family member. The photograph I enhanced before uploading. The speed on the delivery is exceptional. The print details on the canvas is sharp also the canvas is very well stretched. Overall a great product, good value too. I would certainly recommend it.
Product arrived quickly, unfortunately the canvas was damaged on arrival 
thankfully the team were great and sent me out a replacement the very next day, thank you

I found the print very good. A little disappointed in the paints as some very thick and hard to paint with. Also once paint is on canvas and dried it comes up patchy. Not very keen on the brushes. As this is a present for my granddaughter after losing her pet cat all very disappointing.
Got a photo of my dog as a gift and it was amazing. Looks just like him. A treasured painting.
I purchased a personalised ‘painting by numbers’ for my sister in law’s birthday present.
She loved her cats and now can paint them. Her birthday is next week so hopefully she’ll love it

I did a painting for my friends birthday. She was super delighted with it. It turned out really well; all the faces looked like us, skin tones very accurate, paints were a good consistency. I also enjoyed the process of painting it. I would recommend.
I opted to include the wooden frame. I had to get my boyfriend to help assemble it because it was too stiff. I would say I’m quite strong but I found it impossible to fit together properly. Also, there were no instructions on how to assemble or how to stretch the canvas. In the end I used flat drawing pins to keep it down and it turned out looking good. Just quite stressful!
Another thing is I think it would be helpful to include a reference picture with the numbers in the spaces. Because the painting is so detailed, if I painted over patches but then wanted to add another layer, I couldn’t see the number underneath. Especially when I was doing it in the evenings with less light (it did make a difference!). As it doesn’t include this I would definitely recommend you take a picture of the numbers before you start painting!!!
One of my paints was sent incorrectly. When I numbered my paints I double checked the factory numbers against the numbers they were supposed to be. Luckily I noticed quick so I didn’t accidentally paint the shadows bright orange lol! Customer service were lovely and sent a replacement paint straight away.

I ordered a painting by numbers 3 days before valentines day, requesting with a note that i'd be eternally greatful if they could ship it as quick as possible. To my surprise, the kit arrived a day before and it was everything I coud have hoped for. I'd recommend spending the extra for 'Canvas mounted on a frame'. I'm about to order my second painting by numbers!
