- Please send a high quality photo with good contrast so that facial features are sharp
- The minimum resolution must be 150dpi
- Good exposure and contrast will ensure a successful final image
- For portraits of people, please ensure that photo is a close up
- Please avoid logos, text and filters
- Please avoid taking a photo of another image as this will not transfer well to paint by numbers

fab service. arrived in 5 days after purchasing. enough paints never ran out but about 4-5 paints leaked in delivery and about 2 of the paints were quite a runny consistency so just needed to do a few layers. i am so impressed with the outcome! would definitely purchase again and recommend to friends.
